Luneau Technology have appointed Gary Mitchell in the newly created position of VP services. Luneau continue to develop market leading products with a customer focused culture.
he VP services role will work closely with our subsidiaries and distributors to further develop our global customer support strategy. Originally from Scotland, Gary has worked internationally in various industry segments and has a strong background in technical service organisations. Gary has an MBA from the University of Birmingham University in the UK

Can you tell us abour your Career Path?
My working life has been defined by a love of travel and learning about the different cultures of the world. I have always gained satisfaction from completing a task and understanding how the task made a difference for the benefit of others – these factors became a career for me. Globalisation of product sales means there is a need for excellent support around the world and understanding local needs is important to ensure customers gain value from there purchase. I have worked in Asia Pacific, North America and EMEA and have a passion for continuous improvement. Service Management seems like the right place
Can you explain us why did you join Luneau ?
Luneau are a creative and innovative company operating in a growing market. The Luneau product range can genuinely help people to improve their quality of life and this is very positive factor for all employees working for Luneau. The VP services role gives me an opportunity to work with a diverse team globally and we can continue to improve our service delivery for the benefit of our customers and users of our products.
What is your vision of service ?
“My vision of service is one where organisations are accountable to their customers to ensure the users gain value for money. This does not mean low cost but where an organisation products meets expectations and where a service organisation supports the products internationally.”
What are your 60 day priorities?
I will be focused to gain an understanding of the Luneau products range, our business processes and meet the team internationally. In due course I will work with the wider Luneau team to further develop the customer support offering.
